SAIT Designation Pathway
Entry Requirements:
To enrol in the SAIT Tax Articles programme, you must have completed and NQF Level 8 qualification, such as a Bachelor Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Tax, Accounting, or Law. You must secure employment with an accredited SAIT Workplace Provider.

- Complete three years of tax articles.
- Must pass a board exam at the end of the articles.
- Successful candidates receive a SAIT designation (Tax Technician
Practitioner or Tax Adviser).
SAIT Qualifications Pathway

If you only have an NQF Level 7 qualification and need to upskill or obtain a
higher accredited qualification (e.g., from a Degree to a Postgraduate
Degree), you can pursue your studies while working. This includes
completing the tax articles programme and completing part-time studies at
approved universities.
